I lost my character

I was playing PoE2 with a friend in PS5 when suddenly I got disconnected from the server.

Problem is, now when I enter the character selection I don't have any character even tho I never played in hardcore.

What happened and why is that?

Nevermind, I found out that my console changed the account I was in, entering the steam one.
