Flicker Strike isn't generating combo count

The flicker strike skill very clearly says it STRIKES enemies. The combo description very clearly says skills that STRIKE generate combo. My flicker strike generates 1 combo from the first hit, and then nothing even tho i hit 20+ more enemies. Tested it multiple times, its always the same. Please fix it, it ruined my new build idea :(
