No response from support for over 3 months
I have tried getting in contact with GGG for over 3 months, the only response I received was 1 week in and it was obvious they did not read my ticket.
I bought PoE 2 Early Access through Epic Games Store BEFORE the early access first came out, and I am yet to received my early access key and items. I do not even want any of that anymore. I got a key from elsewhere in the meantime and after over 3 months of waiting, I really don't care anymore about the key/items. Please refund me. Please respond to my tickets. What the F is happening with support? Also Epic Games Store support is useless, they just put all the blame on GGG and give no help at all. But worst of all, I'm most disappointed in GGG. I have linked my account to my Epic Games account BEFORE I even bought the early access pack. Last bumped on Feb 27, 2025, 12:51:26 PM

If you've made a purchase via Epic Games, can you please try opening the in-game shop via the Epic Games Path of Exile 1 client in order to refresh your account's entitlements for Epic Game Shop purchases?

I do want a refund, and Epic Games store says they can not issue a refund. You need to help me. This is unacceptable, waiting for a response for over 3 months.

What a great business strategy. Epic Games store says I need to contact you for a refund, and you re-direct me to Epic Games.
I'm pissed at the both of you, and highly regret spending a dime here. |
