Blooming Field, Oasis, Rustbowl have objectives spawning in inacessable locations.

Like the title says, these three maps keep having issues. I've had breaches, rituals and rare bosses spawn in areas where the terrain has no opening for you to get to them.

I have to have a friend who has "blink" come join me and jump through the terrain to kill the boss or activate a breach for me.

PLEASE fix this!!!!
