Customer Support Tickets...
Hello,
How long is a typical wait time to hear back from customer support? I submitted a request in December and have yet to receive a response. I read that submitting follow-ups could extend the wait time, so I avoided doing that. Well, it has now been nearly three months. Would it be reasonable to assume that my ticket may have been lost in the volume of requests? Should I attempt to reach out again, or is it best to cut my losses at this point? Hard to say anything. I've been waiting for 2.5 months and GGG refuses to say anything open other than " We are not hiring people other than people from New Zeland so we don't have more workers to adress the tickets "
My friend is waiting for about the similar time while another friend has been waiting on a support ticket since november because he still hasn't received the pre order items. Absolute awful support. I do understand that they have a lot of tickets but many of the problems could be avoided with better system. |
