Gembloom Skull never dropped

Hi, I'm playing a monk and I'm currently on Act 3 when I realized I never had the +30 spirit buff on my monk since I currently have 35 spirit.

I did not remember if I actually killed the mist king so I went back to act 1 to kill it, but it is not dropping the skull. So I cant make the king drop the skull, and I dont have the +30 buff since I have 35 spirit. Is there something I can do to get the skull now or Im cooked?


Edit: Nvermind some kind people in the chat made me realized my character is supposed to have 30 spirit by act 3 normal, not 60 so at some point I already used the skull and thats why I got 35.
