Questions about Support
As there are many people with their accounts blocked for various reasons, I imagine they have a lot of time to think, and reading the posts requesting help you realize that a pattern is followed.
I would like to ask some questions, to see if my curiosity could be satisfied. My friend was blocked for making dark humor in the chat, the first time he was silenced for 24 hours and the second time he was silenced for 168 hours and his account was blocked... I have seen this happen to many people, but they also block your account for many other reasons, such as trying to solve the fact that your account has been hacked even for nothing at all. Given this context... are these blocks carried out automatically or manually? I see that there are people waiting for 1 or 2 months, my friend received a response after 3 days and asked for the names of accounts and characters.... Do they do this to save time or is it really important? Why don't they hire a small support team at least to eliminate this situation of months of waiting? Don't you think it's shameful that after a great impact on the public, generating I imagine millions in sales, not investing a minimum of the budget in speeding up the solution of problems that the people in charge of turning your game into a commercial success have when playing, either by buying more or speaking well of it??? I'm afraid we aren't able to comment on moderation actions taken against another player's account. If your friend has already contacted us at support@grindinggear.com then they will need to wait for our team to get back to them. I have the feeling that absolutely no one reads anything, neither by email nor in the forum, because the bots always answer the same thing.
I have not asked anything about the actions they take on another player's account, I asked several questions and one of them is whether the blocks are done manually or do they have a sad automatic system that blocks due to certain circumstances. If it is as I suspect, automatically, it is time for them to change some of the programming lines in the system and stop blocking accounts for thousands. In part, it would solve the problem a little by starting to reduce the number of blockages, since it is known that many of them are unnecessary. |

Don't you think it's irresponsible to tell me to send an email to support to ask questions when they can be answered in the forum since they are not personal and other people may be interested and I also say that I ask them out of curiosity when the system is absolutely overwhelmed? |
