Bugged passive Tree plus Archmage and Skeletal Warrior

I have a bug where it tells my I have skill points to spend and it lets me spend them but without stopping and 2 of my skills can not work at the same time.

If I refund the points the skills work again but the message will not go away saying I have skill points.
