Microtransactions problem

I wrote you so many emails but nobody answer , why the hell is support email if nobody answer, it pasted over 3 days and nobody wanted to help me
I wrote you that my tabs turned to normal from premium, i wrote you that i acces path of exile from Ps (i play from pc but change it) and all of my microtransactions are disable (ok i understood that this is a problem because what i bought to pc won`t pass to PS) but help me with my tabs that are normal now from Premium.

If you want my advice call Sony if you have any problem with PS purchased. It took them 1 month and 3 days to respond to my email just to give me a response that they can do nothing about it and I have to contact Sony for any problem. You know what Sony said ... Your purchased is 1 month ago so no refund for you. I am playing on PC and PS5 and if you don't know you have to rebuy everything on PS5 because they cannot come from PC and all your MTX from you PS5 will not work either on PC.

Thank you for your reply, i thought that i need to rebuy everything, but i wonder if buy them on PS also , will they screw my tabs again? Because last time it screw all of my tabs and i had to remake everything from the begining ....I wonder if there is a chance to move all of my microtransactions from PC to PS

example I have bought every stash on PC and some Premium Stash too. If I play with my PC account on my PS5 they will be grey out and only saying that I can only remove items. So yes I had to repurchased everything again on PS5 but be careful. You have to choose wisely your PC account on PS5 and make the transaction because if you buy them with your PS5 account when you will choose your PC account on PS you will not be able to use them.

That is my problem. I have to buy all stash on my PC and my PC account on PS and my PS5 account. Seriously it's the fault of Sony but I don't understand GGG that they can't do anything about it.

The best way is to play on PC and have a Xbox ... You will made only one purchase on PC and you will have everything unlock on both platform.

To clarify, purchases made on your account while playing on PlayStation will only be available while playing on PlayStation, and similarly purchases made while not playing on PlayStation will not be usable on PlayStation. This includes points, cosmetic items, and tab allocations.

For stash tabs, this would be based on the allocations you've purchased that are usable on that platform. If you have items stored in a tab for which you don't have a usable allocation, those items can still be retrieved as "remove only" but you wouldn't be able to store any new items in the tab. However, if you have that tab allocation purchased on both PlayStation and outside of PlayStation, the tab will be fully usable regardless of platform.
