(High end PC) Discord Streaming POE, Extreme Lag

I'm making this post because I can't find anything about it, yet within my guild almost all of us are experiencing this issue.

Prior to Phrecia, streaming POE on Discord is usually smooth, however, returning this league, my mates and I tried to stream the game. The game and the stream itself are extremely smooth but if I alt-tab and try to do anything else (browse trade, POB, anything) everything just slows to a crawl. Yet it returns to a normal playable state as soon as I return to the game.

Has anyone else been having similar issues?

Yes I have been experiencing the same things and iv tried alot of different things to fix it from rolling back windows qol updated to turning hw acceleration off everywhere I can. I currently have an i7 14700k 64gb ddr5@6000 mt/s 970 m.2 nvme evga ftw3 3090. Iv been trying to find anything that will help. But unfortunately no solid fixes.

Cap your FPS with Vsync

SAME EXACT ISSUE, If I Load POE or POE 2 while streaming screen in a discord channel the stream I am watching will either Freeze or become really laggy if I click out of the game and back into discord stream window the stream is smooth and watchable.

This happens on Windowed, Window Borderless and Full screen

only happens with POE 1 and 2

I have this issue too, did anyone find a fix? all my other games work fine
