Path of Exile 2 – Missing Coins & Nonexistent Support

I honestly can’t believe how bad things have gotten with this game. The bugs, the lack of support, the complete radio silence from the devs—it's insane. The support team is nonexistent; they ghosted me and countless others. Just looking at this forum, it’s clear: barely any admin responses, barely any help. Writing to support is pointless.
I’ve been waiting over 30 days for one ticket and over 10 days for another.



Now, here’s my issue.

They released the Map Stash Tab, and I wanted to buy it. No problem, I bought a 200-coin pack to support the game, as I always do. Every cent I earn from YouTube goes into games, and it always will. This is not about the €19. I’m not complaining about the money, I just want what I paid for.

The Problem
I bought 200 coins.
On the website, it says I have 200 coins.
On my PS5 account, it says I have 0 coins.
I read that I can buy from the PoE1 microtransaction shop—so I tried that.
PoE1 shop shows my 200 coins, but when I try to buy the Map Stash Tab, it tells me I need to first buy 200 coins to be able to spend 150.
I even downloaded PoE1 from the PS Store to see if that would help. Still the same issue: 200 coins appear on the website, but 0 on PS5.
I even opened a PayPal claim for a refund, and guess what? Support answered there instantly (funny how they suddenly show up when money is involved). Their response? "You received your 200 coins. Case closed."

The Bigger Issue
This isn’t just about me. Right now, PoE2 is a mess across all platforms—PS5, Xbox, PC—players are running into game breaking bugs, and support doesn’t care.

To make things even worse, my PoE2 account says I don’t have access to Early Access, even though my characters are visible when I try to rename them. How is this even possible?
And I play this game, like every day.

Yes, I made a mistake buying coins on the website instead of through PSN, but my PSN account is the only one linked this shouldn’t even be an issue.

Yes, 2x times, month ago, and 10 days ago, never got any response.
The biggest problem for me is that the website says I don’t own Path of Exile 2. How can this be fixed? I have linked my PSN account, and it’s the only account linked. I can't disconnect and reconnect it. Any ideas?
