upgrade problem in steam

Hi, I purchased the following packs:
Path of Exile 2 - Path of Exile 2 Early Access Supporter Pack Path of Exile 2 - Lord of Ogham Supporter Pack Based on this, I should receive everything included in the Path of Exile 2 - King of the Faridun Supporter Pack. However, I noticed I only received 900 points in total (instead of 1,000), and I didn’t get the map or any of the items listed in the King of the Faridun Supporter Pack. Could you please resolve this? I need the additional 100 points and all the items included in the King of the Faridun Supporter Pack. Thank you.
