Monk damage bugged since patch

Noticed when playing today that my Ice Strike damage is no longer increasing due to certain support gems. Damage is roughly 1100 and when in combat it would go up to 1400. Too, when I get Rage from my Tempest Bell I would get a damage boost. That's no longer happening.

EDIT: Went back and expanded the Ice Strike details window when in combat. The damage is increasing in the expanded window - but not on the main Gem menu.
