Unsuccesful refund of 2nd Delirium Stash

I was mistaken that I didn't have Delirium Stash and bought one by mistake. Immediately after that, I wrote an email to "support@grindinggear.com", someone "Tian" contacted me. I gave the necessary information and since then I've been waiting for some 30 coins to be refunded to me (it was at a discount). 20 days have passed and there's been no news or anything. I've even indicated the date, exact time and time zone as well as the transaction number.
