Being Ignored by support

Hi,
I have been left in the dark about my liberator of wraeclast editions physical items and have only received a single reply after months of sending emails, I dont feel I've done anything wrong I just wanted to get an update on when they would ship and so far I've gotten 1 email over a month ago asking for my details and that was it. Has anyone else had issues contacting support?

Yes, they don't value players at all.

I understand the extended lead time. But currently I have not received a response to emails from 2 months ago. I have been waiting for 2 months for accounts to be merged or removed from multiple platforms...
