Able to allocate and refund imaginary skill points.

My guess is this is a glitch with weapon skill points but I am able to allocate nodes without any skill points available, they don't seem to do anything (at least testing with the attribute passives) but they can be refunded for gold. I don't think you can use weapon points over them but I think you can use a regular skill point. This is with a gamepad on pc, but I think the same can happen with m/kb
