Dreadnought Hideout Menu Bug

I play on the PS5 and purchased the Faridun Supporter pack.

Menus worked fine until 1.1.c.

Now when I open the following menus:
-Inventory, Skills, Character, or Cosmetics

The entire background screen, including the character and act art, is completely blue. I am unable to see my character in any of the above referenced screens.

This also appears in any Copper Citadel and the Dreadnought Maps.

I have already uninstalled and attempted all known troubleshooting methods to no avail.

Please assist. This is truly unfortunate because it impacts content that was paid for and included in one of the more expensive packs.

The support desk was unable to provide any guidance and pointed me here.
