More then 2 months no reply from support

Still waiting to get my account back, lost it on 19.12.2024. after linking my steam account to poe account.

Send multiple emails, open several threads, no response ... I sent all information but I never waited more then 2 months waiting on support to help me, It is very bad experience, I stopped playing this great game as I dont have space anymore (on 2nd account I bought to play) as well as spending money again to buy all stashes I bought on my original ...

Very bad experience ... grinding gear ignore to the max ...

80 days since I purchased the $500 supporter pack. Still waiting on my physical items. Yes I've contacted support@grindinggear.com.
61 days since I had my account locked just for asking support to swap my account's registered email for the website.

No response from anyone at support@grindinggear.com. Not one reply.

This company is stealing my money and getting away with it.
I've been waiting for 3 months to change my email and still nothing
either they don't care about paid users, or team has only donkeys, haven't seen anyone in this section of the 4rum said "hey they replied me"
I'm also waiting 2 months for a response from support.
