I purchased the support package through Steam and would like to know how to redeem it in the game, could someone help me?

What do you want redeem? It's already on your PoE steam account.

It appears on my Steam account that I purchased it, but the package doesn't appear for me in the game. Is there something I should activate to make it appear and earn the coins and items?

Or does Steam have another sub-account? (There is an option to select a sub-account on the top left of the site?) |

Yes, I log in to the POE website with my Steam login and I don't have any subaccounts. I purchased early access to the game through Steam and received 300 coins and a message here on the website with a key. Then, I purchased the Lord of Ogham Supporter Pack, but I didn't receive anything from it here on the website or in the game. Only Steam signals that I have it in my library.
