Didn't get the early access coins

Dear team,

I don't know how many emails I sent to the GGG support for you to help me. I bought the standard early access pack to play the game earlier with the 300 coin gift. But I didn't receive anything in the game.

I sent several emails to you, even the guy named Logan replied to me once and told me that you can help me and asked for my information but nobody helped me at all. I sent several mails about the situation, but nobody replied to it.

So I'm writing to you one more time, and that's already enough and frustrating for me. I've been playing the game for like 2 months and still didn't receive those 300 coins you promised. And I'm really really unhappy with this situation because even though I'm trying to reach you guys with kindness, you ignore me every time.

I paid my earned money to this game knowing that I'll receive the coins. But It's been weeks after weeks. That's enough, really.

Please help me out. I'm running out of patience. One more time, I kindly request for your help. This time from this forum.
