Nobody can enter maps that I open

If I open a map, nobody can enter it. We just get disconnected back to the log in screen. This is 100% reproducable and happens whether I open the map from Karui Shores, my own hideout or my guild hideout.

I can enter maps opened by other people just fine.

I started having this problem in Settlers league and had hoped that it would be fixed in this league (Phrecia), but it still does not work. Suffice it to say, this makes the game unplayable unless I am in a party.
