Bug Report ID: #3464152325 Final boss stuck between phases

Final boss in terrace map would not go back into water to spawn mobs. Had no health bar while Maven would continue to spam abilities.

Exiting and reentering would push it ahead to the next phase. Had to do it multiple times so it seems repeatable. (possibly my freeze build is causing issues?)
