No access point to citadell

Hey, im looking for couple weeks now for a way to 2 citadells they are both in a fogy area without any conection point.
I run all maps near to the fog but dont can get closer i make couple Screenshots hope anyone can help.
Its a bit annoying to see the zitadels but cant do it...
