Failed to connect to instance

Was online all day yesterday, but logged off in the evening. Tried logging in this morning and got the message "Disconnected Failed to connect to instance" using my normal server in the US. Tried all US servers and get the same message. Finally was able to get into the game on the Amsterdam server and things appeared to work normally, however, after I opened a map, I received the same message upon trying to enter. Now I'm stuck with a map showing as in progress, however, every time I click on a portal, it disconnects me.

Try these, if your ISP is Cox this also might be the issue.

Can't do the first as I can't get into the game at times and it also is an end game map, so I can't just try a new instance.

First thing I tried was to reset my network, but resetting my modem and router. Did that twice now. No luck.

These are other methods that worked for others:
try changing the gateway to a foreign server. Non-US. Login and logout and change back to original server

if that dont work try a VPN

if that dont work try to reinstall the game

Thanks for the help. Once I gave up trying to get into that map, I got it to work. I went to a different server. Opened a new map. Ran a trial of chaos, which worked, came back to my HO and opened another new map. It appeared to work and it has been working since. Just really annoying. Wasted so much time resetting my routers and login in and out.
