Resetting graphic settings on each launch

Since the start of Phrechia, after each time I start my PC up, launch PoE it has been resetting the graphic settings.
Is anyone else experiencing this? I havn't changed anything, it just started doing this after Phrechia launched. Last bumped on Feb 26, 2025, 9:57:05 AM
