Poe2 early access account problem

So...i brought poe2 for ps5 via ps5 shop...i have poe1 account wich was first on PC and then on ps4/ps5..i recently try to add custom filters in my poe2 ps5 account...and bang!! According to poe website i didn't have access to poe2...but i do...i try and merge my old username/account with psn account...and that went well..i thought fitters will be applied but NO..i just see them in options menu when i login but they are inactive...and still according to poe website i didn't have early access...what to do?
Support... please check...i brought and play poe2...why your website doesn't agree with this fact?
