Minion Quality Effects not working or missleading Description?

TLDR:

Either misleading Tooltip for (Brute,Cleric,Storm Mages)
Or
they should work for other Minions but don't


Maybe it's just me but some of the Quality effects sound like they work for ALL MINIONS or why would you put the "Minions have" infront of some Effects and not on others (like Frostmage)

Frost Mages Quality Effect:
Additional Effects From Quality:
(0–10)% reduced Reservation

Sniper:
Additional Effects From Quality:
(0–10)% reduced Reservation

vs

Storm Mages:
Additional Effects From Quality:
Minions gain (0–20)% of their Maximum Life as Extra Maximum Energy Shield

Clerics:
Additional Effects From Quality:
Minions have (0–30)% more Maximum Life

Brute:
Additional Effects From Quality:
Minions have (0–20)% more Maximum Life
