Map Bug with multiplayer 2 different bugs

Hi Team,

I would like to report a bug where when you are in a map with a friend or another person who is party lead, if you portal out and they dont do it for you it does not allow you back into the map.

Additionally, I am a lightning ranger build and my friend runs a freeze blood mage build. when i am solo my lightning herald and ice herald both proc and "explode" when I run with him my ice herald doesn't proc. Additionally my mana and health flasks dont gain charges.
