Loot disappear

Since yesterday evening, loot disapear on my game.

Some of it doesn't even appear (gold), some other appear a few seconds and then disapear.

As I am playing on PS5, i cannot look on the screen with a mouse to explore the land and look for my loot (i missed a greater essence and a few exalted, maybe other stuff i did not see...)

I tried to uninstall and reinstall the filter, then the game , it's still the same.

What can I do ?

I can second this. I play on pc and my ground dropped loot disappears.
