Exp shrine giving reduced Map boss Exp? (Bug Report ID: #661188537)

Running sulphuric Caverns waystone with delirium instilled and +2 levels from corruption and irradiated. i activated an increased expereince shrine thinking that my map modifiers would synergize with this shrine buff (433% map boss exp & 62% general exp). My assumption that these would work was not correct though as i only recived 272,020 exp upon slaying the map boss with this shrine buff. I ran a Blooming field map an hour ago where slaying the boss in that map earned me 2,273,340 exp. and before that map i ran a burial bog with similar amounts of exp% and earned 1,997,632 exp.

The bug: I believe the exp shrine gives players a .1*EXP multiplier when it is supposed to be a 1.1*EXP multiplier for boss kills.
