30 days and no response

I've been waiting for three months, nothing happens.
And yes this doesn't seem right, they need to make a new statement. I'm looking for new ways to contact them because the support mail just goes into a void. I haven't received what I paid for and slowly the excuse they always have doesn't work anymore after such a long time. |

61 days since I had my account locked just for asking support to swap my account's registered email for the website.
No response from anyone at support@grindinggear.com. Not one reply. This company is stealing my money and getting away with it. |
