Volatile Dead not working in hideout in phrecia league, it does in other areas.

When I try to cast Volatile Dead or even Detonate Dead in my hideout nothing happens. If I go anywhere else such as Kingsmarch they work fine. I'm in Phrecia league. BTW I use desecrate.

If I try it in Standard it works fine in my hideout. What is going on. I could swear it worked yesterday when I tried it.
