severe lag spikes

hey this is the latency when im just trying to fight a boss, its completely unplayble my character is teleporting from place to place.
it started yesterday feb 24 2025 and i cant seem to find a fix i tried searching on youtube and asking on the discord but i couldnt find a fix.
if anyone knows something please help i also tried restarting the pc reinstalling the game and resetting the settings. none of which worked
