Still waiting for my account to be activated /unlocked

My main account "cplmtfg#1090" has been hacked> locked by support for arround 3 weeks already > i provided all the evidence receipts etc > got asked for an fresh THROWAWAY ACCOUNT> I provided the THROWAWAY ACCOUNT straight away and now i'm just waiting for days/weeks .
