Trading and the active search

I am trying to buy a Ingenuity Utility Belt. And I am wondering what the real price is that they are trading at. Using the active search I had filter out items above 49 exalt. I had about 40 items show up in that range in a 12 hour period. In trade chat the Ingenuity Utility Belt is trading for xDiv not exalts.

So what is the real price range?

Is active search worth using at this stage?

Are people mistakenly pricing the Ingenuity Utility Belt incorrectly and then repricing it?

And more importantly can I realistically get an Ingenuity Utility Belt for under 50 exalt?
