Trial of chaos bug after death

Eason chaos trial 7/10. Killed the boss and then died to storm circle while looting. Now after death the game thinks the trial is still running and I cannot start another. It lets me put in a new ultimatum but won’t start another. Is there a way to reset the instance in trial of chaos otherwise I cannot any longer run trial of chaos on my main character

Ah I managed to go back through chimera wetlands and reset the instance into the trial
