Still waiting for support reply since DECEMBER

I have sent 4 separate emails by now, none ever got a response. Not even a "this is being worked on" or whatsoever.
As a paying supporter of this game I expect more. MUCH more. Not even getting a response is far worse than at least replying "sorry but this cannot be done". In times of AI chatbots and so on, an AI could read my email and and reply within miliseconds. I'd like to know why I'm not getting any reply or when I can expect an answer?
