Quest Completion Crash Bug

This happened with my Gemling Legionnaire character:

As I was fighting Doryani, the game crashed. Although I was able to resume the fight after crashing, this caused the quest completion to bug out. I can't do endgame content even though there's no any quest left available

up, still cant use maps even with fully completed quests
