Why'd i even pay for early access?

i bought early access in mid december and have not been able to play since then because of a steam account link issue, multiple emails back and forth for them to tell me to send an email from another email account? now its been another 3 weeks since that and no reply still, bank denying a chargeback too, i payed for early access and feels like i wont be able to play the game until full release lol
