Path of Exile 2 Missing Points

I recently purchased the Path of Exile 2 Early Supporter Pack on Steam, but I’ve yet to receive the 300 points that are advertised to come with the pack. According to the pack details, I should have received the full amount, but it seems that something went wrong with the transaction.

I’ve already checked my account and Steam purchase history, and everything appears to be in order. However, the points have not been credited to my account yet.
