Co-op Mode whether on Xbox or PC loads us into Ziggurat Encampment stuck

Can’t seem to find a POE2 technical support thread, and I’m at my wits end for this but I’ve been local co-op on POE2 for a while and have made it from lvl1 to lvl 64, and have had no issues. Have just beat the campaign but now after going to the ziggurat refuge, when I trying logging back into the game on local Co-op (this only happens when I try local Co-op) I’m then loaded into the Ziggurat Encampment (I wasn’t there last on either of the characters) and am stuck near the portal in a spot where I can’t see either characters or move.

If I try to load in by myself, it works fine. Even when trying both of the affected characters
If I go to another area on both of the characters and hit the checkpoint and waypoint there individually and then try to login and play the game on coop, I’m immediately thrown back into the ziggurat encampment stuck near the portal


Doesn’t seem to matter if I try another sever, cross play on or off. My characters have been stuck for the last two days so long as I try to play coop.

So I’m currently stuck playing on only one character at a time. Not sure what else I can try, just a little frustrated.
