PS5 Version of POE1 is unplayable for me

As the title says the game is straight up unplayable on my console. Load times are good and the game doesnt hitch at all.
However when entering combat of any sort the game will fully lock up/freeze and repeat the last sound over and over again until the game either crashes or it unfreezes a few minutes later and then crashes. This is consistent and always occurs within about 5-10 minutes of entering a map or area but im able to sot in hideout for half an hour and its fine.

Just got sick and tired of the PS4 version of the game constantly stuttering and thought i would try the PS5 version again after a month but the issue is still here.

I have this exact same issue on ps5 pro. I've tried everything but it kicks me out and then I reload back in town having to run back to the instance and it's just not a fun experience anymore.


Fixes I've tried,
different resolutions and display setting on the ps5 pro settings and in game setting

changing the network to hybrid

Changing different servers

I have 2 different internet providers, and using both it does this.

It's just the game itself but I hope we get a fix soon.

Poe2 works great though so I'm playing that.
