I need help with my account issue.

I previously registered an account named guo751105 with the suffix "#1633" and made a recharge. When I entered the game, it prompted that I didn't have the purchasing eligibility. However, when I checked on the game's website, it showed that I had the eligibility. Later, when I logged in again, it prompted that there was a problem with the username. So I had to register again. I used the same account name with the suffix "#8565", but the early access experience eligibility that I had recharged for was gone. Please help me solve this problem. Thank you!

Hi there, if you originally registered your other account using a third-party platform such as Steam, Epic, Sony or Xbox, you will need to sign-in using the 'or continue with' option to access that account if it does not have an email address associated with it. Can the eligibility and funds under the account "guo751105#1633" be transferred to the account "guo751105#8565"? That would solve the problem. Thank you!
