How can I change my shipping address when customer support has not responded for three months?

When I purchased the Liberator of Wraeclast Supporter Pack back in December, I wasn't expecting such a long delay without any information about the physical items being sent, but hey ho. Anyway, due to unexpectedly moving home this month, I now find it impossible to update my shipping address, as customer support is simply not responding. Meanwhile, we’re being told not to add further replies to avoid additional delays, so I’m stuck?
