issue with selling or breaking down gear

I have been running into the issue where as the gear wont break down what happens is it glitches out and it needs to be looked in to that is at ketzuli archtect

You should probably post this in the Path of Exile 2 EA Bug Report Forum.
It would be helpful to describe what items you are trying to disenchant and what specifically happens when you do. I just tried successfully to disenchant a rare and a magic item with Ketzuli in the Ziggurate Refuge town (PC standalone client using wasd/keyboard and mouse).
