My account was Hacked wiped out clean!

So today my account twas hacked, every caracter was stripped of all items and any item that had any value off my stash was taken away.
I use 2FA on steam, Bitdefender on windows and windows licensed up to date with security. How is this even possible ? If this is a hack that's done in the game servers how is it possible not to roll back the items ? After looking around i see a lot of people having the same issue, how in the world this is not a priority to be solved immediately and there isn't a protocol in place to be solved when players are affected by it, you pay for the game, you invest 800 hours to enjoy such a great game but it lacks on security?! Seeing how many people have to face this issue how can me and my over 2000 players guild can play it further knowing you could at any time lose everything you have ?! While i do understand a hack will always be out there to ruin your playing experience, i can't understand why a solution to roll back and receive back what was stolen from you can't be applied? Lots of people that faced this has complained they never received a solution for this... so how is this possible? Such a great game and from such a problem will be losing so many customers... all my friends now wonder on each login if they have the gear... this is not how things should be... " This is how things work.mate unfortunately I'm in the same.situation my account got hacked over 3 weeks ago 1000h and arround 500£ invested in supporter packs down the drain , and i got rewarded with my account being locked for over 3 weeks now , missed poe1 event completely, probably I'm going to miss the poe2 reset aswell by the look of it. So the future doesn't look bright mate unfortunately 😕 get ready for some painful weeks/months ... |

feel you pain, the same happens to me i send 2 emails and no response so far
for all the post and stuff i see and all the time im waiting for any response to the emails this situation if no priority for them so send the email wait for them to give a damm, i stop playing waiting foo them to respond no wanna lvl up another pj o get more currency for those hacker gl to you |
