Microtransaction Bug - Missing Points from Purchases

Dear Support Team,

I am experiencing two issues related to my purchases on POE2:

Problem 1:
I purchased the Early Access pack on Steam for over $30 USD but did not receive the 300 points that were supposed to be included.

Problem 2:
I purchased 200 points for $20 USD and donated 175 points to my guild. However, after the transfer, I noticed that the points were not credited to the guild, yet they were deducted from my account. The 175 points simply disappeared.

I have already sent two emails to support@grindinggear.com. The first regarding Problem 1 last month, and the second about Problem 2 last week, but I have yet to receive a response.

At this point, I feel like I wasted $50 USD, so I would greatly appreciate any help you can provide.
