Can't interact with top left screen part

Hi,
I'm new to the game and dont know the forum yet so if this turns out to be the wrong place, sorry and feel free to move it to the correct section.

Anyway, I encountered this bug a week ago the first time, and it happens from time to time, here is a video to better show what I mean: [videoproof][https://insights.gg/v/8fYU3F1k70OAhx2UGcaKx]

I cannot interact with the upper left part of the screen, you can see how my cursor is going back to the system one when I hover that section of the screen. Or how I cant click on tabs nor items in that section of the screen.


Here's what I tried so far:

- repair game files from within Steam
- Uninstall and reinstall from scratch the game

So far the only way to temporarily fix the issue is to exit and restart the game but it should be permanently fixed imo.

try with discord completely off.

might be a discord overlay thing. saw this in old posts for poe1
