How to know my Request is in work?
Since 3 months I have an open conversation with the support via email. Last time I got a reply was 8 weeks ago.
Can I somehow get a confirmation that my request is still open and not just closed? How do I know if I will ever get help? Last bumped on Feb 24, 2025, 10:44:54 AM
