Refund request help

I'm posting this in the hopes that someone from support sees it.

I'm feeling really frustrated. On December 19th, I purchased a Path of Exile 2 supporter pack through the website store (not Steam). Less than 24 hours later, I requested a refund without using any of the points from the pack.

The only response I received was in early January, when a support representative asked for my order details. I provided the information right away, but I haven't heard anything since. It's now been over two months, and I don’t know what else to do.

I’d really appreciate any help.
